Who we are
Oxford RV Park operates oxford-rvpark.com and the RV park at 3802 AL-21, Oxford, AL 36203. If you have a question about anything on this page, call us on (256) 201-8012 or email cheaharvpark@property-mgm.com.
What we collect
When you contact us or make a booking, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the dates you are interested in, your rig or site requirements, and anything you write in a message.
When you simply visit the site, we collect ordinary technical information: your IP address, your browser and device type, which pages you looked at, and the site or search that sent you here.
Phone calls
We use a call tracking service to see which of our listings and adverts lead to phone calls. It assigns phone numbers to different places our number appears, and calls may be recorded for quality and training. If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call and we will stop the recording, or you can email us instead.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to it, we may text you about your enquiry or booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of booking, and we do not sell or share mobile numbers with anyone for their own marketing.
How we use it
- To answer your question and take your booking
- To send you booking confirmations and information about your stay
- To send you offers and news, but only if you asked us to
- To understand which adverts and listings actually work
- To keep the site working and to prevent fraud
Who else sees it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the park, and only so they can do that job:
- Bookings. Campspot handles reservations and payment.
- Call tracking. CallRail handles the numbers and recordings described above.
- Website analytics. Google Analytics tells us which pages people visit and how they found us. It does not tell us who you are.
- Advertising. If we are running Google Ads, Google may use cookies to tell whether an advert led to a booking.
- Email. Our email provider sends confirmations and, if you opted in, our newsletter.
Each of these has its own privacy policy covering what it does with data. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We use them to keep the site working, to count visits, and to measure adverts. Your browser settings let you block or delete them; the site will still work, though some things may be less convenient.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax, and enquiries for as long as they are useful. Call recordings are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold.
Your choices
Alabama does not currently have a general consumer privacy law, but we will honour the same requests regardless of where you live: tell us what you would like us to do with your information and we will do it, unless a law requires us to keep a record. Contact us using the details above.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, and stop texts by replying STOP.
Children
The site is meant for adults booking a stay. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
